October Product Update

Hey there 👋

It's been another busy month here at Ploy. As always, we've built some big features and also worked on a ton of smaller stuff to keep improving the platform. Happy reading!👇

AWS Integration ☣️

The most exciting feature this month is the release of our AWS integration. This allows you to manage access to your AWS infrastructure seamlessly through Ploy by automatically adding and removing users from AWS SSO groups. You can read all about it in our blog post here.

Incident.io Integration ⚠️

We also released another integration this month with Incident.io. This one's also really exciting as it allows our mutual customers to configure automated break-glass access for on-call engineers. We've got a blog post on it too, which you can read about here.

Global Search 🌎

Sometimes it's the little things! We've released a global search feature, which you can access by pressing cmd + k. We'll also be adding a global search bar to the sidebar in the coming weeks, so look out for it there too!

In-Product Updates 💬

We've also started sending small product updates via the in-app chatbot, so you never miss a feature release. Look out for them next time you log in!

In case you haven't heard, we'll also be hosting our inaugural 'Access 2.0' webinar on the 13th November. As always there's also been a whole heap of other new functionality added to the platform 👇:

• Integration: We can now integrate with the Factorial HR system
• Flows: You can now choose to 'offset' a date in the multi-filter
• Flows: The contract renewal date now pulls into flows
• Flows: You can now choose to exclude certain resources from the 'Remove user's resources' node
• Access Catalog: You can now choose to make each catalog only visible to certain groups
• Access Catalog: When deleting an item from a catalog, a confirmation modal will now pop up asking you to confirm the deletion
• Bug Fix: 'Granted At' date in the Resource page now displays the correct date
