It's been another busy month here at Ploy! We've built a ton of new features, both big and small, and also have some exciting company news to share too.

👥 Company Update

Some big news here at Ploy as we welcomed Seb & Andrei into the team and doubled in size!

• Seb joins us as a Founder's Associate and is operating as our new swiss army knife!
• Andrei joins us as Founding Senior Engineer and has already started to work his magic - some of which you can read about below!

📝 Access Reviews 2.0

This month we've completely revamped access reviews in Ploy, making them even more effortless and streamlined, whilst also improving alignment with industry standard compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

With this revamp we've added a heap of new features, including:

• the ability for reviewers to input users roles
• the ability to add custom users who may not be present in the apps list
• the ability to mark a user as removed
• As well as a lot more visibility for the reviewer such as the user's department, job title, and any matching assigned provisioning groups which may aid them in ensuring the right users have the right level of access (as well as meaning they don't have to swap between lots of tools!).
• and much more!

🗺️ Role Mappings

In addition to the new role feature in access reviews, you can now easily configure mappings between resources <> roles in any application, making it easy to configure automatic provisioning of employees into particular roles from within Ploy.

We've also added a reporting dashboard to the access catalog so that you can better monitor access requests!

As always there's also been a ton of other new functionality added to the platform 👇:

• Access Reviews can now have cadence configured per app
• Access Catalogs: Managers can now request on behalf of subordinates
• Access Catalogs: Provisioning and deprovisioning messages now containing more information when sent to the employee and alerts channels
• Access Catalogs: Employees will now get a warning message before access expires
• Access Policy: Groups & Resource owners can now be assigned via Round Robin
• Flows Action: You can now create Slack channels directly from within Flows
• Flows Action: Google password resets can now be sent
• Flows Trigger: You can now trigger flows based on the employee end date being added or changed
• Flows: You can now see who last updated a flow as well as when it was last updated
• Flows: You can now add a description to your flow
• Flows: Survey URL is now available as a variable
• Apps: You can now filter apps by apps containing email and password accounts
• Apps: Added a 'select all' option to the All Apps and Managed Apps pages
• Members: You can now sort on member date fields
• Offboarding: Can now see number of members in each application
• Resources: We will now pull in Group owners from Entra/AD into the resource owners in Ploy
• Forms: Now track when a reminder was last sent
